The 6th of August 2016 was the Grand Finale of the Stanbic IBTC Health Week tagged #LiveHealthy #Bemore and Livewell Initiative carried out a healthfair nationwide (Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan and Port Hacourt) for the staffers of Stanbic IBTC Bank. The event kicked off with a fitness walk, and then aerobic exercises, dance competition and games that facilitated bonding and team building.
Top management officials from LWI then gave a brief introduction of the mission and vision of LiveWell Initiative and then gave a health talk on Nutrition and Wellness and Stress Management.
After the lecture, the participants were ushered to the LWI stand for their health screenings which consisted of Stress Level, Blood Pressure, Random Blood Glucose, HIV, Hepatitis B and C, Prostate Cancer Screening , Oral Health Screening, Breast Examination and Cervical Cancer Screening. The participants had access to health counselling and were given non prescription medicines by the LWI Pharmacists.
The corporate bodies present at the venue to exhibit their goods and services included; May and Baker Nigeria PLC, Honeypot, Sanofi Aventis, Pharmacy Plus, SKP Pharma Limited, MegaLife Sciences Nigeria Limited, Metroeyes, Pfizer Nigeria Limited, Greenlife Pharmaceuticals Limited Osworth Nigeria Limited e.t.c
The staffers of Stanbic IBTC were very satisfied with the way they were “pampered” by the LWI officersand they are eagerly anticipating next years’event.
